These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of feedmedata.ai (the "Site"), published under the Feed Me Data name (the "Publisher", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) The service
Feed Me Data is a free news aggregator for AI, data, and technology. It gathers, organizes, and links to third-party articles, videos, podcasts, events, datasets, job listings, and public company records. Headlines, excerpts, thumbnails, and other referenced material belong to their publishers; the Site identifies and links to the original source.
Some parts of the Site are produced with AI models: topic screening and tagging of incoming content, job-listing summaries, Decoder definitions, and responses in the Prompt Notebook. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat it as a starting point, not a source of record, and check the linked original before relying on it. Features we label experimental, currently the Prompt Notebook, are offered so we can learn how they work in practice. They may change, be limited, or be withdrawn as Section 10 describes, and the caveats above about AI output apply to them in full.
2) Accounts
An account is optional. You may sign in with an email link, Google, or GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email or linked account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or at least 16 if you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Site. You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the support form.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law that applies to you;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access;
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site at rates that degrade the service for others, evade rate limits or quotas, or misrepresent automated traffic as human;
- redistribute the Site's compiled feeds, listings, or database as a substitute for the Site or for the original sources;
- submit abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content through the support form or the AI features, or use the AI features to produce such content;
- circumvent security measures or use another person's account without permission.
4) Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, original text, and branding are owned by or licensed to the Publisher and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Third-party content remains the property of its owners and is referenced under the terms that apply to it.
"Feed Me Data", the Feed Me Data logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of the Publisher, whether or not registered. Other names and logos on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the source; their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
5) Third-party content, links, and players
Linked and embedded third-party content is not under our control, and its inclusion does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
- Videos play through YouTube's embedded player. The Site uses YouTube API Services, so by using the video features you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service.
- Podcasts stream directly from each publisher's servers.
- Job listings and events are published by third parties. We are not an employer, recruiter, or event organizer, and we do not verify listings.
- Market data is delayed, comes from the provider named on each page, and is subject to that provider's terms and to the source, delay, and scope statements shown alongside it.
6) Publishers and rights holders
We link to sources rather than reproduce them, and we identify the source on every item. If you own content that appears on the Site and want it removed, want a source feed retired, or believe something on the Site infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] or through the support form. Include the address of the item on the Site, a description of the original work, and how we can reach you. We act promptly on legitimate requests and can stop indexing a source on request.
7) Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the Site is professional advice, including financial, investment, legal, tax, or career advice; market data and related content are informational only. The Site's Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
9) Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Publisher and its owners, contributors, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10) Changes, availability, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms: the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Site at any time, and either of us may end your account as described in Section 2. Sections 4 through 9 and 11 through 13 survive termination.
11) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the state in which the Publisher is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved informally. Nothing in this section takes away protections you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
12) General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and the Publisher about the Site. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Site.
