Network Security Automation with PAN-OS 12.2 Ceres & AI Agents | InterSECt 2026

Discover how Palo Alto Networks Network Security Agents move network security operations beyond predefined workflows and static automation. In this InterSECt 2026 deep dive, see how agents in Strata Cloud Manager interpret requests, understand context, create transparent plans and execute complex security workflows. Traditional automation depends on predefined workflows and static playbooks that teams must continually maintain. Network Security Agents introduce a context-aware model in which administrators control the level of autonomy—from approving every action to fully delegating trusted workflows. In this video, learn how Network Security Agents: • Move beyond rigid, predefined network automation • Interpret administrator requests and system-generated signals • Analyze broader network and security context • Create transparent execution plans before taking action • Operate within administrator-defined controls • Coordinate specialized agents across deployment, threat analysis, troubleshooting, posture, configuration and data protection • Work across Palo Alto Networks products and third-party environments • Gradually advance from human approval to delegated autonomy Watch the full Deep Dive on-demand to see how to Scale Network Security Operations Beyond Human Limits with Autonomous AI Agents: https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/intersect?utm_medium=events&utm_campaign=-keynote-callout&webinar=network-security-agents Chapters: 00:00 Why traditional automation falls short 00:20 Network security requires a new model 00:30 From human approval to full delegation 00:41 How the agent planner works 00:59 Specialized network security agents #NetworkSecurity #AIAgents #InterSECt2026
