AlphaSense Employee Spotlight: Jeanett Vega

Jeanett Vega is a key member of our Workplace, Community, and Experience (WCE) team! She has been with AlphaSense for about a year and a half, helping create meaningful connections and an exceptional employee experience across our global offices. Based in Chicago, Jeanett describes her workdays as “organized chaos—but in a fun way.” One moment she’s on the phone with the building manager, and the next she’s hosting an in-office Hot Ones Challenge. Every day brings something new, and that’s exactly what she loves about her role. Hispanic Heritage Month holds special meaning for Jeanett. “It’s a time to celebrate our roots and remember all of the sacrifices my family has made over the years,” she says. “I love bringing parts of what I grew up with into the office and sharing that with my teammates. Seeing them try new things and connect through culture means so much to me.” Jeanett’s creativity, energy, and passion for community make AlphaSense a more connected, inclusive, and joyful place to work.
