"I don't have time" (the hygienist): a cleaning visit from check-in to checkout, and how long it takes. Cleaning page + reminder text 5. "I don't know anyone there" (the hygienist): meet the person they'll spend the visit with. About page + Google Business Profile 6. "What about my kid?" (a parent): what a first visit looks like for a little one. Confirmation email + social Start with one, then add a new one every week. How I build one: start the brief with the worry, in the words a patient would say it, pick who's talking, and read every line before you download.
