Every conversation with your agent is exactly that — a trace. You're already sharing your expertise, every day, with an audience of one. The alternative: package your judgment, keep your intent. This talk shows what that means in practice. At the UN we packaged our methodological judgment as a portable kit: a Python package, an MCP server, and a skill set that turn a generic coding agent into an opinionated pair-analyst for self-service analytics. You'll leave with a simple framework for what to package and what to keep, a structural answer to 'won't this replace me?' (it doesn't), and two public-good reasons to share your judgment." Bio- Mirian Lima is a research methodologist working with economic development data — she packages methods for a living. At the UN Office of the Special Adviser on Africa, she builds tools that let non-technical policy analysts run their own code-based analyses — on numbers they can trust and results they can reproduce. Her work sits at the seam between rigorous social research methods and modern computational tooling, exploring how expert judgment can be packaged into systems that analysts and AI agents can both use well.
