AlphaSense Employee Spotlight: Meet Saria Nazneen

Saria is a Senior Talent Partner at AlphaSense, based in Bangalore, India. In her role, she works closely with teams across engineering and product to make sure AlphaSense continues to attract top talent. “My job is to ensure we’re always bringing in the best candidates for our teams,” she explains. “The volume of roles we handle is really a testament to how much we’re hiring and scaling.” Born and raised in Bangalore, Saria calls it the heart of India’s software and innovation ecosystem. AlphaSense's established its presence in India about six years ago, starting with its first office in Pune and now expanding into other regions across the country.
