Learn more about Patient Journey Intelligence: https://www.johnsnowlabs.com/patient-journey-intelligence/ IN THIS VIDEO Explore the OMOP database behind Patient Journey Intelligence without leaving the browser. This short tutorial walks through the Database Explorer: how to find tables, preview their content, see how they relate to each other, and run SQL queries against patient data. Every database connected to Patient Journey Intelligence is available here for query and exploration. You can check what each table contains right now, see how tables link through shared keys, and answer ad hoc questions with read-only SQL. WHAT YOU WILL SEE 1. Open the Database Explorer under Data Integration. 2. Pick the OMOP database from the database selector. 3. Narrow the schema filter to the Patient Journey Intelligence schema, which holds the OMOP clinical tables. 4. Search for "condition" to list the matching tables with their row counts. 5. Select a table (condition_occurrence) to preview its rows and columns. 6. Switch to the visual view to see tables as cards with keys and column types. 7. Clear the search to browse the schema as a diagram. 8. Follow the relation lines to see how tables link, for example condition_occurrence to visit_occurrence through visit_occurrence_id. 9. Open the SQL Query tab and write a patient query. 10. Execute it and read the results beside the query.
