I built Flightdeck — a local control tower for AI coding agents. If you're using Claude Code, Codex, Kiro, or Qoder, Flightdeck brings their activity into one dashboard so you can inspect sessions, tool calls, events, usage, and project timelines in one place. 🚀 What Flightdeck offers: 1. Multi-agent observability: Collect supported records from Claude Code, Codex, Kiro, and Qoder. 2. Session timelines: Inspect prompts, responses, tool inputs, outputs, and completion events where available. 3. Event explorer: Search, filter, and export agent events as JSONL. 4. Project tracking: Group activity by Git repository root when available. 5. Usage and cost visibility: View reported token usage and cost information without guessing missing values. 6. Native data collection: Read supported local agent records with persistent checkpoints and replay deduplication. 7. Additional telemetry: Support authenticated hooks and OpenTelemetry HTTP JSON logs, traces, and metrics. 🔒 Local-first by design: Flightdeck runs locally using Python and SQLite. No third-party runtime dependencies, cloud services, or API keys are required. Important: Flightdeck captures supported records, not every internal agent action. Reported costs are not your actual subscription bill, and a verified connection does not mean an agent is currently running.
