Run OpenClaw on a VPS without Leaking your API keys
In this video, I deploy OpenClaw on a DigitalOcean droplet and route every outbound API call through Agent Vault running on a second droplet. Real Anthropic, GitHub, Notion, and Slack credentials stay on the broker (encrypted at rest); the OpenClaw box only ever holds placeholders. By the end, you have a Slack-reachable OpenClaw gateway with one revocable agent token controlling its access. ⏱ ~45 to 60 minutes, ~$12/month in DigitalOcean infra. 📖 Full written operator guide: https://docs.agent-vault.dev/guides/openclaw-on-vps 🧠 Credential brokering as a paradigm (companion video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LOpd0-KbXE 🔐 Agent Vault: https://agent-vault.dev 🤖 OpenClaw: https://openclaw.ai Timestamps: 0:00 intro 22:00 Outro Follow Infisical: Website: https://infisical.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/infisical GitHub: https://github.com/Infisical Twitter / X: https://x.com/infisical Slack: https://infisical.com/slack
