Executives need answers fast and a simple way to flag when something looks off. This demo shows an executive recap and escalation agent built in Sigma: a natural language interface for querying store performance, investigating anomalies, and triggering deterministic actions like sending a formatted recap to email or filing a Jira ticket, all without leaving the platform. When the data is there, the agent summarizes the investigation and sends an HTML-formatted recap directly to the exec's inbox. When it isn't, it escalates to the BI or data team with full conversation context, either as an email or a Jira ticket via API Actions. Every interaction, recap or escalation, is logged automatically to an Input Table so nothing falls through the cracks.
