HAI Seminar: Nurturing Africa’s AI Leaders through Math Olympiad

The African Olympiad Academy is a world-class high school dedicated to training Africa’s most promising students in mathematics, science, and artificial intelligence through olympiad-based pedagogy. In this HAI seminar, AOA Founders discussed their approach to identifying and developing top-tier AI talent on the African continent in coordination with complementary initiatives such as Black in AI. The conversation highlighted how strategic investments in olympiad programs can unlock Africa’s vast potential as a global hub for AI talent.
