Agentic AI customer service at Scale: Powered by Arm AGI CPU

The Arm AGI CPU can orchestrates an autonomous, multi-agent customer service workflow across email, enterprise systems and AI accelerators. In this demo, an agentic AI system monitors incoming customer emails, identifies intent, plans the appropriate workflow and coordinates specialized agents across knowledge, calendar, Jira, refund, risk and compliance systems. Arm AGI CPU acts as the control plane, handling orchestration, memory, I/O and external integrations, while compute-intensive tasks such as complex reasoning and response generation are selectively offloaded to an AI accelerator. The result demonstrates how heterogeneous computing can support responsive agentic AI at scale, with CPUs and AI accelerators working together to efficiently execute complex, multi-step workflows.
