Most virtual machines are deterministic by design. LLMs are not. We build one from the bottom up: bytecode, program counter, opcodes, and a standard library. Then we add an LLM as a primitive inside the VM, calling the same standard library under the machine's own guardrails. Two executors with a shared standard library inside a single VM.
