ChatGPT Work Tutorial for Beginners
Learn how to use ChatGPT Work - hand it whole tasks instead of a prompt, from your first work order to a report that runs on a schedule without you. 💵 Get QuickBooks Workforce for payroll and HR ➜ https://qbworkforce.kevinstratvert.com/ First, you'll get the free desktop app and see why the Work tab behaves differently from the Chat you already know. Next, you'll hand it a real job, a messy folder of four months of sales spreadsheets dragged into the prompt box. Along the way, you'll learn the three parts of a good prompt for Work: the task/outcome, the context, and the standard, which decides whether you get a useful result or a wasted run. Then you'll see what to do when the first answer is wrong, because it usually is, and how to steer it instead of starting over. Afterward, you'll learn how to use Plan mode to save wasted effort - while turning a spreadsheet into a slide. Next, you'll connect the apps you already use with plugins. Finally, you'll learn how to save a prompt as a skill, put that skill on a schedule, and publish a report as a private web page. By the end, you'll know how to give ChatGPT Work a real task and get back something you'd actually use.
