[OSA Community event] Evidence, Attestation, and Reqs Traceability with Flexo MMS w/Michael Zargham
In science, the ability to reproduce a result is essential. But reproducibility alone does not establish that the conclusions we draw from the result are justified. In this talk, Michael Zargham (Dynamical Systems Group) explores how knowledge graphs, provenance tracking, and human attestation can make scientific evidence traceable, verifiable, and version-controlled. Through a hands-on Python example using OpenMBEE Flexo MMS, SymPy, and SciPy, the talk demonstrates an approach to building trustworthy scientific software, with applications extending from aerospace engineering to AI/ML workflows.
