Expanded storage for DGX Sparks using ZimaBoard 2!

After running out of room on my DGX Spark-style devices I was looking for a NAS solution to handle larger local LLMs. The ZimaBoard 2 proved to be a great budget option with tons of flexibility, thanks to its PCEe slot.
