Anna Roig Sanchis (Univ Cote d'Azur) https://simons.berkeley.edu/talks/anna-roig-sanchis-univ-cote-dazur-2026-10-16 Probabilistic Phenomena on Graphs, Groups, and Manifolds Given a hyperbolic manifold, the spectrum of its Laplacian contains a great deal of information about its geometric structure. In this talk, I will present joint work with Will Hide, Bram Petri and Joe Thomas in which we use a model of random hyperbolic 3-manifolds to study the set of all possible spectral gaps -the first nonzero eigenvalues- of hyperbolic 3-manifolds of finite volume.
