SQL Mandelbrot Benchmark & Mac optimizations (26.7 Release)

ClickHouse is now the fastest on the SQL Mandelbrot benchmark, a test of recursive CTEs and complex queries originally built for comparing engines like NumPy and DataFusion. The result held up after the original benchmark repo went unmaintained, so it's now forked and hosted under the ClickHouse org, runnable on a MacBook. Also covered: faster query analysis, faster window functions, float parsing that's now both faster and 100% precise, and speedups to uniq, logical expressions, intersect, and except.
