In this demo, we explore Retrieve Augmented Generation (RAG) and its impact on AI interactions. We provide a detailed walkthrough of our RAG process, showing how our AI Data Platform (ADaP) helps deliver accurate, aligned, and safe AI models. The video covers the entire workflow: from data preparation and document chunking to building prompts and optimizing models. We use Appen’s Success Center articles to power a chatbot, demonstrating a practical application for navigating extensive documentation.
