I tested GPT-6 Astra, ChatGPT image generation, Codex, Blender, and Higgsfield inside a real AI filmmaking project to find out. I started with a rough trackpad drawing, created exterior and interior reference images, and used Codex with the Higgsfield Blender bridge to build a 3D scene for The Life of the Lazy Mon. Then I rendered a camera walkthrough and tested whether AI video models could turn that Blender look into something photorealistic. The 3D location came together. The photorealistic walkthrough didn't quite get there. So this is the actual process, including the reference-image problems, credit costs, and results from MiniMax H3 Max, Wan 3.0, Seedance, and Kling 3.0 Omni video editing.
