Talk Description- Juggling multiple recreational schedules spanning pickleball (three) yoga (two) and personal calendar (one), managing my recreational time is an ordeal.   I set out to automate my recreational scheduling by building “Bookie” an AI agent.  As a data scientist I am proficient in modeling, data munging, visualizations and python/R.  Leaning hard into vibe coding I’ve created and deployed “Bookie” hosted in the cloud to automate my recreational life.  This agent works and includes multiple technologies I had not previously explored.   Key topics this talk will explore include: Delegating and abstraction levels.  Building with unfamiliar technologies.  Real world agent case study, Bookie.
