You’ll see Caleb and Natalie from The Life of the Lazy Mon, tests from my Chubby trailer, and a few experiments that definitely didn’t go according to plan. I look closely at emotional acting, multi-character dialogue, native audio, singing, dynamic motion, and how well the model keeps a scene consistent. I also compare dialogue examples from other AI video models and explain why your starting image can make such a big difference. Some of the motion and acting impressed me. Other generations added dialogue, changed the staging, or struggled with realism and continuous movement.
