How to Set Up Automatic Provisioning in Printix with Microsoft Entra
Printix supports automatic user and group provisioning through Microsoft Entra, and this video walks through the Entra-side configuration needed to turn it on, picking up right after a provisioning token and URL have already been generated in the Printix Admin portal. Built for Printix administrators managing identity sync from Microsoft Entra, it covers creating a non-gallery enterprise application in the Entra Admin Center, opening its provisioning page, and entering the tenant URL and secret token under Bearer authentication before testing the connection. From there, the video reviews what Entra sets up automatically: two enabled attribute mappings, one for users and one for groups, with fields like username, display name, and email mapping directly into Printix by default. For most environments, those default mappings are all that's needed to keep Printix's user and group data synchronized with Microsoft Entra.
