AP Essentials 2026.2: Oracle Financials Cloud Connector Updates

AP Essentials 2026.2 adds new Oracle Financials Cloud Connector controls for supplier filtering and purchase order synchronization. This walkthrough is for administrators managing supplier structures and PO processing across Oracle Financials Cloud environments. Administrators can now filter suppliers by supplier site purpose (Purchasing, Pay, Primary Pay, Procurement, and Sourcing Only) directly in the target system settings, improving invoice routing accuracy and reducing synchronization noise. The release also adds purchase order synchronization based on line status - by default, Open and Closed for Receiving lines always sync, and administrators can now configure additional PO statuses to include.
