How to View Active User Details and Print Activity in Printix

Active User Details is the Printix report that answers a question every administrator eventually asks: who exactly are my active, billable users this period? This video shows administrators and billing owners how to run and read that report. Printix tenants are billed monthly by active user count, and this report, run from the Printix Configurator, breaks that count down by individual: user ID, email, name, and a usage count of zero or one per person.
