What do Esri Student Assistants Really Do?

Hear directly from Esri's Student Assistants about what it's like to work behind the scenes at Esri's biggest conferences and how it changed their perspective on careers in GIS. Esri Student Assistants who worked the Esri User Conference in San Diego, the Esri FedGIS Conference in Washington D.C., the Esri Developer & Technology Summit in Palm Springs, and the Energy Resource GIS Conference in Houston share why they applied to the Student Assistantship Program and what they took away from it: hands-on exposure to Esri technology, a first look at new tools like Experience Builder, and a firsthand view of how Esri is building AI into its software. They also talk about the career paths they discovered in GIS and the professional and peer connections they made along the way.
