How India Is Putting Voice AI Agents Into Production — ElevenLabs Summit Bengaluru 2026

Over the last two years ElevenLabs has worked with more than 250 enterprises in the region, and Indian businesses ran around 100 million conversations on ElevenAgents in the past year, 70% of them in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. The platform supports 14 Indian languages today and is working toward all 22 official languages. The Voice Library now holds 2,700 Indian voices from 700 voice actors. Adarsh Shiragannavar from the forward deployed engineering team then demos a full insurance claim journey live. The first agent can switch between English and Hindi, but all it can do is offer a callback. Adarsh uses Architect, the built-in expert in ElevenAgents that uses the Spotlight dashboard and past conversations to find where an agent is failing, to build a better one and put it into production in one click. The new agent verifies the caller by video and follows along as he fills in the claim form. It catches a wrongly uploaded file and an invalid IFSC code, then submits the claim. A claims assessor reviews a summary the AI has prepared and approves the claim, and the customer gets a follow-up call in Kannada. Karthik closes with what sits behind an ElevenAgents deployment. That covers the speech and reasoning layers, integrations with CRM, telephony and ticketing systems, and deployment over the phone, in the contact center, on WhatsApp or inside your product. It also covers evaluations, PII redaction, and the choice of public cloud, VPC or on-prem with data residency and zero retention.
