Google Genie 4 Builds Worlds You Can Walk Into (With Sound)
Google DeepMind just announced Genie 4, a world simulator. You type a scene, step inside it, move around with your keyboard, and change it while you're in it, just by typing. This time it makes its own sound too, and the characters can talk. In this video I go through what's new, who it's for, and the real business use cases: filmmakers, news and education teams, game designers, and anyone testing robots or AI agents. Genie 4 is in research preview with trusted testers right now. It's coming soon to Google AI Ultra subscribers in Project Genie, and to early access partners in the Gemini API and Google AI Studio.
