Google TorchTPU: PyTorch Now Runs Natively on TPUs

Google just open-sourced TorchTPU, so PyTorch code can now run natively on Google's TPU chips, not only on GPUs. Meta's PyTorch team helped build it, and Hugging Face models move to a TPU by changing one setting.
