The "I Have ADHD" Skill for Gemini: Short AI Answers (5 Work Examples)

Most AI answers hide the one thing you need somewhere near the bottom. I Have ADHD is a free, open-source skill with over 50,000 stars on GitHub that fixes this. It is one text file with ten plain-English rules, and it makes your AI assistant lead with the next action, keep it short and give you real time estimates. In this video I test it on five real work situations. Same question, same model (Gemini 3.8 Flash), same moment. One side gets no rules, the other side gets the I Have ADHD rules. 1. (about 200 words vs about 100) I ran each of the first four questions three times, and the answer with the rules came out much shorter every time. You don't need to write any code to use it. How to add it to the Gemini app: 1. Open the GitHub repo below, click Code, then Download ZIP, and unzip it. 2. In Gemini, go to Settings, then Skills, and upload the skills/i-have-adhd folder. 3. If you get an "unsupported file type" error, delete the agents folder inside it and upload again. 4. In any chat, type /, pick i-have-adhd and ask your question.
