AI Agent Office That Can Run 100% Local (Ep. 1)
I'm building an office where AI models live and work. Ten colleagues, and each one can run on a different model: Claude, Gemini, anything on OpenRouter, or a local model on your own machine through LM Studio or Ollama. This is episode one of the build. In this episode: • what Model Office is meant to become, and which parts exist today • the three office modes: Professional, Funny and Adult conflict • which providers and models each person can use, including fully local ones • whether these people can actually fight (scripted for now, in testing) • the one thing they still can't do So far, building it has used three resets of my £200 Codex subscription plus one extra reset, about four weeks' worth. Then Claude took over from Codex to work on how it looks. All the footage uses the app's Demo rehearsal provider: scripted responses, no API keys and no live model calls. Tests that weren't filmed appear as dated receipts. Model Office is closed source for now, while I build it. If this video gets enough likes and enough of you subscribe, I might open-source it so we can build it together. Episode two is coming soon. Subscribe to follow the build.
